What is a launch champion?
Being on a team is one thing, but being a champion is a new level.
Several people have spent time on a team. One thing that happens on a team is that some people still sit on the sidelines. Do they have value, 100%? But being a Launch Champion means that you are taking ownership of the ministry you are stepping into.
What does it mean to be a launch champion?
This means that you are invited, expected, and committed to praying regularly for our Brookfield Campus. You will receive texts with guided prayers to try to make that easier for you. This also means that you are committed to attending the Brookfield Campus in some capacity. Let’s look below to explain some of those.
What is expected of a Launch champion?
If you are committing to becoming a Launch Champion, you will choose one of the two options below. This does not mean that you are being asked to leave Crossroads because we are all Crossroads. But we are asking you to commit to attending the campus and serving until the end of the year!
Main Home:
Committing to attend the Brookfield Campus every Sunday from September to December, where you serve at least two Sundays of the month.
hybrid Home:
Committing to attend the Brookfield Campus two Sundays a month from September to December, where you will serve at least one Sunday a month.
Another thing is that you are committed to attending all required trainings and events listed on the Launch Champion Timeline.
